At a July 19 conference on implementing the five-year action plan on energy efficiency in the 2019-2030 period, hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) in Lam Dong province, Deputy Minister Hoang Quoc Vuong urged relevant agencies to reduce the rate of energy consumption.

On November 2, a mission of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) headed by Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Minister had a working meeting with the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) on formulating policies for the large state own enterprises.
