Vietnam's total onshore and offshore wind power technical potential

Specifically, the total 217 onshore GW wind power technical potential is divided into the following levels:
1 / High wind speed (> 6m / s) is 24 GW.
2 / Average wind speed (5.5 - 6m / s) is 30 GW.
3 / Low wind speed (4.5 - 5.5m / s) is 163 GW.
