Thua Thien – Hue welcomes Singapore Solar PV Investor

On July 03, 2017, Thua Thien – Hue PPC issued an announcement on conclusions of Chairman Nguyen Van Cao about the contents of this meeting.
According to the announcement, Thua Thien – Hue PPC welcome and high appraised Orange company to study investment environment and opportunity in Thua Thien – Hue province. Thua Thien – Hue PPC will apply the policies with the highest level of incentives in the governmental and provincial regulatory framework for this project.
In order to create favorable conditions for investors to access information and actual situation in the province, Thua Thien – Hue PPC requires the departments and organizations in province to carry out the following activities:
Firstly, Department of Industry and Trade (DOIT) as the main responsible figure to coordinate with Department of Planning and Investment (DPI), Phong Dien district PPC and relevant organizations to introduce and assist Orange company in surveying land funds, which have the potential for developing solar PV projects (including land funds having been permitted for study).
Secondly, Phong Dien district PPC to supply the information on land planning and assist investors to define location and border for the project study.
Thirdly, DPI to guide and assist the investors in implementing the investment procedures in accordance with the regulations.
