Handing Investment Certificate of the Tra Vinh wind power project

At the first stage, the project consists of 24 wind turbines with a total capacity of 48MW (Illustration photo).
According to Mr. Le Tan Luc, the director of Management Board of Tra Vinh Economic Zones, the name of the project is Korean– Tra Vinh wind power plant (stage 1).
The project is located at the two communes as Truong Long and Dan Thanh, Duyen Hai District, (Dinh An Economic Zone), occupies a 1213ha area, among which the using land area is 3.77ha and water surface area – about 1209ha.
The investment capital of the project is $120 million (100 percent foreign capital), equivalent to VND2,400 billion with a structure as 20% investor’s capital (480billion) and 80% loan (1920 billion).
The project is expected to be started out in September 2015 and put into operation after a 24 months construction in September 2017.
