Approving the policy on investment in HBRE Ha Tinh wind farm

 - Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee (PPC) Tran Tien Hung has just signed Decision No. 3260/QD-UBND dated September 25, 2020 on the policy of investment in HBRE Ha Tinh wind farm project. The project with a capacity of 125 MW (25x5 turbines), annual average generation of 350.357 GWh and a total investment level of 4,687.4 billion VND will be developed along Hoanh Son mountain range in the area of ​​wards and communes as Ky Phuong, Ky Lien, Ky Long, Ky Thinh, Ky Trinh (Ky Anh town) and Ky Lac (Ky Anh district).

 

The project invested by HBRE Ha Tinh Wind Power Joint Stock Company expects to be started for construction in October 2020. The project will be developed in 18 months (from the date of investment policy decision issue) and operated in 50 years (from the date of beginning commercial operation).

According to the decision, the investor must execute the project with the objectives, contents, scale, schedule and other contents specified in the decision on investment policy. On the other hand, must comply with the regulations on investment, land, environment, construction and other relevant legal regulations.

The Ha Tinh PPC assigns the provincial departments, agencies and local authorities to coordinate, facilitate and guide investors to establish documents, implement the procedures for ensuring security and order to implement projects in progress schedule.

HBRE Ha Tinh Wind Power Joint Stock Company is a member unit of HBRE Group Joint Stock Company (HBRE Group). HBRE group was founded in 2010, and the group developed, is developing and will develop many wind power projects a number of provinces as: in Daklak - 30 MW in operation, in Gia Lai – 100 MW in construction, in Phu Yen – 300 MW will be started for construction at the third quarter of 2020 and in Vung Tau – 500 MW is submitted for supplementing Power Development Planning.
