Applying digital signatures in power market transaction

This Decision is applied for the companies participating in the competitive power market. In 2016 pilot competitive power bulk market the electronic documents and digital signatures have been applied for confirming the lists for: power market daily and monthly payment; monthly events and hourly, daily, monthly contract generation confirmation; offer and monthly power generation difference synthetic.
The Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), Power Generation Corporations (GENCOs), Power Plants, National Power Transmission Corporation (EVN NPT), National Power System Dispatching Center, Electricity Trading Company (EVN EPTC) are responsible to equip digital signatures, computer system for keeping the electronic documents in accordance with the regulations of the law on keeping electronic documents.
National Power System Dispatching Center is responsible to give the companies introductions for using the digital signatures in confirming documents as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision.
The Decision takes effect from Jan 4, 2016.
