On January 22, 2018, in Thuan Bac and Ninh Hai districts (Ninh Thuan province), TSV Join Stock Company and The Bule Circle Corporation (Singapore) held a ceremony for starting construction of the second phase of Dam Nai wind project.

JinkoSolar has kicked off the construction of its latest n-type solar cell and module production plant in Jianshan, Haining city. On Tuesday the firm held a traditional ground-breaking ceremony at the factory location, in Jianshan Industry Park.

Ben Tre Provincial People's Committee in coordination with investors organized a ceremony for inaugurating the first phase of Thanh Hai wind power plant No. 5 with a capacity of 30 MW, at Thanh Thoi B hamlet, Thanh Hai commune, Thanh Phu district, Ben Tre province. The State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended and performed the inauguration ceremony.

On October 7, 2021, Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee, Quang Tri Economic Zone Management Board handed the Decision on investment policy and agreement for Hai Lang LNG – Power Center with a capacity of 1500 MW (phase 1) to Vietnamese T&T group and Korean enterprises as Hanwha Energy Joint Stock Company, Korean Power Group (KOSPO), Korean Gas Group (KOGAS). The total investment of phase 1 of the project is 2.3 billion US$ (about 54,000 billion VND), including 60% from Korean side and 40% T&T group.

Xuan Thien - Ea Sup solar power plant officially energized the phase 1 of the project after completing 100% of the construction and installation volume, eligible for energizing 500 kV transmission lines and substations.

On December 31, 2019, in Lac Hoa commune, Vinh Chau town, Soc Trang province, Soc Trang Provincial People's Committee and Vinh Chau Renewable Energy Joint Stock Company held starting construction of Lac Hoa Wind Power Project (WPP phase 1).

At the morning of October 28, 2019, in Thi Vai port, Tan Phuoc Commune, Phu My Town, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) and Vietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS) started to construct Thi Vai LNG Storage Project (phase 1) with a capacity of 1 million tons LNG per year.

  On January 30, 2018 Super Wind Energy Joint Stock Company Ltd.(Thailand) held a ceremony for starting construction of Bac Lieu wind power project (phase 3) in Vinh Trach Dong commune, Bac Lieu town, Bac Lieu province. Deputy Prime Minister of the Thailand Kingdom attended the ceremony.

Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) informed that on August 31, 2020, in Hanoi, PVN held a signing ceremony for gas purchase agreement (GPA) from Su Tu Trang (White Lion) field, Lot 15-1 (phase 2A).

February 22, 2020, in Vinh Chau town, Soc Trang province, BPP Vinh Chau Wind Power Co., Ltd. (Banbu Energy Group - Thailand) has started the first phase of Soc Trang 3 Wind Power Project (WPP).

Korean-Tra Vinh Wind  Power Project phase 2 has been accepted by Tra Vinh provincial People's Committee for Woojin Construction CO., LTD Investor (Korea) to develop.

On September 15, 2020, in An Hao commune, Tinh Bien district, An Giang province, Sao Mai Group held a ceremony on installing the main equipment system of Sao Mai solar power project  (phase 2).

The Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) informed that On November 23, 2022, in Vung Tau city, the Domestic Petroleum Exploration and Production Company (PVEP POC) under the Petroleum Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP) and Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture (Vietsovpetro - VSP) signed an EPCI contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) for Phase 3, Lot 05 1a of the Dai Hung field development project. (The Enterprise of Oil and Gas Construction, Survey and Repair Exploitation is assigned by Vertical Seismic Profile (VSP) to implement this project).

At the afternoon of January 19, 2021, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS) and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) held a ceremony for signing a credit contract of 1,500 billion VND to sponsor “Phase 2 of the Adjusted Nam Con Son gas pipeline project”, in which Ky Dong Branch of Vietcombank as the Vietcombank representative clue provides a credit of 1,000 billion VND.
