On March 24, 2020, Mr. Le Minh Chuan, Chairman of the Member Council of Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin) signed the decision to appoint Mr. Phan Xuan Thuy - The Head of Mining Engineering-Technological Department to position of Vinacomin Deputy General Director with a term of 5 years since April 02, 2020.

On March 10th 2015, the Chairman of Vinacomin Member Council Le Minh Chuan has issued the Decision to appoint Mr. Khuat Manh Thang as the Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Coal, Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited.

Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) has just announced the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nam - EVN Chief Accountant to position of EVN Deputy General Director from October 15, 1818, according to Decision No. 268/ QD-EVN dated 4 October, 2018 of the Chairman of the Member Council of Electricity of Vietnam.

In the afternoon of December 25, in Hanoi, Mr. Duong Quang Thanh, the Chairman of the Member Council of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) handed the Decision (Decision 445 / QD-EVN, December 25, 2019) to appoint Mr. Pham Hong Phuong, the Director of Power Project Management Board 1 for position of the Deputy General Director of EVN since January 1, 2020.

Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung on June 21 chaired a meeting with relevant ministries and agencies to seek solutions for accelerating the construction of the Nghi Son refinery and petrochemical complex in the central province of Thanh Hoa.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has requested the Ministry of Industry and Trade to accelerate the process of issuing electricity licenses for wind and solar power projects that have been completed but have not yet been put into operation.

On December 20, 2017, in the Government Office, Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) Vuong Dinh Hue received Vice President of Exxon Mobil, Mr. Paul Greemwood. At the meeting Mr. Paul Greemwood confirmed that Exxon Mobil will continue to take interest in cooperation and investment with the partners in Vietnam coming time. On the occasion of attending the 6th China International Import Expo (CIIE), in Shanghai City, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha received Mr. Dao Long Trung - Founder and chairman of New Energy Group Jiangsu (China).

On February 22, Deputy PM Hoàng Trung Hai held a working session with the Mining Chemical Industry Corporation under the Vietnam National Coal Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin) on the implementation of the Amon Nitrat production project, which will have an annual production capacity of 200,000 tonnes.
