- On March 13, 2015, the Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang handed the Decisions on appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Viet Son and Do Duc Quan to the post of Deputy Director General of the General Department of Energy.

On March 11, 2015, the Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang signed the Decision No. 2168/QĐ-BCT on appointment of Mr. Nguyen Viet Son, Director of the Petroleum Transportation and Processing Department to the post of Deputy Director General of the General Department of Energy and the Decision No. 2186/QĐ-BCT on appointment of Mr. Do Duc Quan, Director of Hydropower Department to the post of Deputy Director General of the General Department of Energy.
