Signing Power Purchase Agreement from SP Infra Solar Power Project

SP Infra Solar Power Project 1 with a capacity of 50 MW, an average annual output of 83 GWh and a total investment level of about 1,633 billion VND is invested by Shapoorji Pallonji Financial Infrastructure Company Ltd (India) on 58.7 ha in Ninh Phuoc district, Ninh Thuan province.
The Project including the operating building, solar panels, internal roads, connection line and transformer substation expects to be put into commercial at May 30,2019.
According to the PPA, the Solar Power Project will sell electricity with a price of 2,086 VND per kWh (equivalent to $9.35 / kWh) at the electricity delivery point. This price should be adjusted by the exchange rate of VND / USD).
The buyer is responsible to purchase all the electricity generated from the grid connected connected solar power projects with commercial operation date before June 30, 2019 under the 20-year PPA.
On July 3, the Electricity Trading Company also signed a PPA with Trung Nam Soalar Power Company.
