Powering Xuan Thien - Ea Sup solar power plant (phase 1)

Xuan Thien - Ea Sup solar power plant (phase 1) has a capacity of 600 MWac/ 831 MWp, with a total investment of nearly 20,000 billion dong, electricity output of 1.5 billion kWh per year. With nearly 2 million solar panels, 500 kV / 1,200 MVA transformer station and 22.2 km of 500 kV transmission line.
Xuan Thien - Ea Sup solar power plant is the largest solar power plant in Southeast Asia. When put into operation, it will contribute budget hundreds billions to the state budget, creating thousands of jobs for the localities.
According to the plan, from the beginning 2021, Xuan Thien Group will continue to invest in phase 2, with a capacity of 1,400 MW of solar power in Ia Rvê commune - Ea Sup district, Dak Lak.
In addition, Xuan Thien Group plans to invest an additional 5,000 MW in wind power.
It is expected that, the phase 2 of the plant will be completed by the end of 2021 or early 2022, with a total capacity of the project is 2,000 MWac / 2,800 MWp, 500 kV / 2,400 MVA transformer station, providing about 5 billion kWh per year for the National Power System.
