Establish Appraisal Council for Project of the Center of Nuclear Science and Technology

The members of the Council include leaders of: Ministries of Finance, Construction, Industry and Trade, Health, Education and Training, Natural Resources and Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development; Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology; People's Committee of Hanoi City, Dong Nai and Lam Dong provinces.
The Council has duty to organize appraising pre-feasibility study report of the Project of Nuclear Science and Technology Center in accordance with provisions stipulated in the Public Investment Law, Government’ Decree No. 136/2015/ND-CP dated on 31/12/2015 on guiding to execute a number of articles of the Public Investment Law and other relevant Laws.
Responsibilities of the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Members of the Appraisal Council comply with the provisions in 66th and 67th articles of Government Decree No.136/2015/ND-CP dated on 31/12/2015 on guiding to execute a number of articles of the Public Investment Law.
Ministry of Planning and Investment is the permanent office of the Appraisal Council. The Council will be automatically dissolved after finishing the task.
Ministry of Science and Technology as an agency of project investment preparation has responsibility to provide full documentation relating to the appraisal process of pre-feasibility study report of the project and pay appraisal costs by requirements of the Appraisal Council.
