Dai Phong wind power project has been licensed for investment

Dai Phong wind power project with a total capacity of 40 MW and capital of 1,320 billion VND, expects to be developed in two phases and operated in 50 years from the IV quarter of 2019. The first phase with a capacity of 20 MW and investment capital of 660 billion VND will  provisionally use a land area of about 12.7 hectares.

The second phase with also capacity of 20 MW and  investment capital of 660 billion VND will be continuously developed when Dai Phong Investment Development Joint Stock Company obtains eligible conditions 

According to the Binh Thuan Wind Power Development Planning, this province will have a total wind power capacity of approximately 700 MW with the average generation of 1,500 million kWh/year by 2020 and  2,500 MW with average generation of 5.475 million kWh/year by 2030..
