Supplying power to Ly Son Island by the 22 kV submarine cable

Since October, 2013, some major packages of Ly Son power supply Project have been urgently implemented, among them was the most important 01/EPC-LS package with the price of nearly US$ 23.4 million. The winner of the contract packege is PRYSMIAN – Thai Duong Contractor, who has experience in implementation of submarine power cable projects to Co To and Phu Quoc Islands.

With completing the project, Ly Son island people will be powered from the national electricity system with 24/24 hours

EVN CPC defined, this is a specially political and focusing task in it’2013 – 2014 plan. Therefore, the Corporation has paid a great attention and effort for steering process of implementation, supplying all resources and ensuring to satisfy the project quality and progress requirements.
