 - Viet Nam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (Vinacomin) has registered to sell 8,218,000 share certificates of Sai Gon - Hanoi Stock Company (Code SHS - HNX).

The number of share certificates registered for sale by Vinacomin is equivalent to 8.23% of its capital at SHS. The aim of Vinacomin is to structure investment schedule. The transactions are expected  from 4 June to 3 July, 2014, by the mean of the deals and auctions.

Vinacomin informed, during the last month, the price of SHS share certificate fluctuated averagely at amplitudes of 6,300 - 9,900 dongs per unit, the average number of transactions was 2,935,930 units, the average transactions' value was 22.9 billion dongs per session.

It is an important opportunity for Vinacomin to complete the process of out-of-sector investment capital withdrawal complying with the direction of the Government.

Previously, Mr. Nguyen Van Bien - Deputy Director General of Vinacomin said, for the investment at SHB Bank, SHS stocks, Saigon- Hanoi Investment Fund (SHF) Management Holding Company and Hai Ha Industrial Zone (Quang Ninh), the total invesment capital of TKV in 4 enterprises is 500 billion dongs, among them at SHB and SHS is 400 billion dongs, at SHF is 50 billion dongs and in Hai Ha industrial zone is 50 billion dongs. The price of SHB's share certificate on trading floor in the April was over 10,000 dongs, while at the price of 8,000 dongs, Vinacomin could withdraw its capital due to provision for investment. It is anticipated that the capital withdrawal will be completed in 2014 through the auctions on trading floors for SHB and SHS.

"There are no difficulties with capital withdrawal in these enterprises. The corporation will wait for the moment of reasonable prices to withdraw its capital in 2014. To compare with the regular capital of 33,000 billion dongs of Vinacomin, the 500 billion dongs is very small number", Mr. Bien affirmed.
