Appointing Deputy General Director of Vinacomin

After graduating from the University of Mining and Geology, Mr. Thuy came to Vang Danh coal mine to work as a mining worker at the KT7 workshop, as an employee of the Technical Department, and then he held positions as Deputy Manager of KT6 and KT11 workshops, Manager of KT1 workshop, and Vice Director of Vang Danh Coal Company.
Mr. Phan Xuan Thuy was born in 1978 in Vang Danh ward, Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province.
In 2014, Mr. Thuy was appointed to position as Director of Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company.
In 2018, Mr. Thuy was transferred to Vinacomin to hold the position of Head of Mining Engineering - Technology.
In March 2020, he received the decision to hold the position of Vinacomin Deputy General Director.
